I absolutely love it! I have lived here 16 years. Management is excellent, very helpful, and kind from Jaimie, Rose, Stacy to maintenance Wayne, Paul, and Kevin. They fix things in a timely manner. It’s quiet and peaceful here; I wouldn’t trade it for the world. They make me feel like family. I highly recommend Lakeside Village.
I have lived here for over 5 years. It’s the best place I’ve ever lived! I have lived on my own for 21 years and the staff and neighbors here are like family! The office girls are awesome and the maintenance guys are great too! Love it!

They are posting fake reviews and if you call, you will hear it in their voices. My question is why do people simply calling for information have to be disrespected and disregarded. Then we post real reviews like this, and you all give a PR response. I do not recommend this establishment. There are plenty of others, even if you have to drive further, it’s worth it not to be here. I know it’s not everyone, but the individual answering the phone (lady) and the property manager are sadly bad representations of this company.
This property manager attempted to invalidate my experience having no clue I’ve worked in this and surrounding communities for over the last decade. As I am now a community leader in this city where I was abandoned as a kid due to negligent adults like the one I encountered today. Then when companies are exposed, the property managers come to do their clean-up work. I was a property manager for 5 years. The proper thing to do was simply apologize and not say you didn’t hear anything. I have no interest in speaking with a place like this who most likely treats the seniors the same way. I will continue advocating against this establishment. Seniors are at risk and need help from individuals like these who lack compassion and empathy.
