My experience here has been amazing since day one. My son and I moved in February 2nd, 2024. When we moved in, my refrigerator seemed to be not working. I called the after-hours emergency line, and within thirty seconds, the maintenance person contacted me. The refrigerator was not broken; I just had to turn the dial up. Everyone has been so nice to my son and me. We feel like family.
These apartments are life with the roll-out windows, high ceilings, and plenty of big old trees in our historic neighborhood. The location is life, no vehicle needed. Close to fast food, grocery stores, bars, gyms, etc. All that aside, the staff here is on it. From office personnel to maintenance. The staff is chill, easy to communicate with, and plenty of food! Brooke makes sure we are up to date on Pancake, Neighbor, Coffee Cake, and taco days—just everyday love.
I love the location and the buildings. There are only four apartments per building, which is nice. The grounds are well-kept and mature. My dog and I love to walk the tree-lined sidewalks. Because the buildings are older, they may not be as up-to-date in décor, but they have a lot of charm. Since moving in, the staff has been very helpful and kind. I needed a few small things looked at when I moved in, and the maintenance staff did a great job and were very timely.

Nice place. The rent office, however, doesn’t do anything about noise complaints! My mother and I have to be awakened every single morning by our neighbor’s kids stomping. We have constantly reported how noisy they are, and the rent office does absolutely nothing!
They are currently building some new condos there. Unfortunately, based on the plans of these condos, they more or less look like they are going to be the same as any other condominium complex.
