I had a very positive experience with Herchanics. I needed to finally get my suspension done and they gave me a great price and great service. We had planned to do an entire strut assembly, but they found that the coils were still in good shape and didn’t need replacing. They also diagnosed another potential problem with my control arms and we were able to get that done as well. If you are like me and like to support local small businesses, this is another good one!
Chris and his team are excellent. Haley will get your vehicle in for service promptly. Andrew is very knowledgeable and will provide you with the best service. Also attached to the auto repair business is a used furniture store. Jason is going to help you get what you need to furnish your place. Very rude employees, made me feel unsafe. Would never come again.
Two times I visit them, first time car needed an oil sensor change. Car stayed in the shop for a day and they didn’t find the right tool to get the bolt removed to change a sensor, so they didn’t change anything and returned the car to me as is. One day wasted. Second time my car was overheating, I stopped by and they told me that my car engine needed to be replaced. In reality, I stopped by the shop next door, got a bottle of water, poured it in the car (I noticed a small coolant leak, so no coolant that’s why the car was overheating) and still driving this car. It’s about a month and no signs of problems with the engine. Sorry, but I wouldn’t go a third time. Not impressed.
