I have been waxing my eyebrows with Rosa for over 5+ years and have never once been disappointed. She is the absolute best! This location is very clean and efficient, and the entire staff is welcoming. Even when there are multiple people waiting, you are not waiting for long. I highly recommend this place!
Sandra is very talented and personable. The full set of lashes were perfect for the holidays and didn’t damage my natural lash. Very clean establishment and services reasonably priced. I suggest you make an appointment Monday through Friday 10-5pm and avoid weekends or evenings.
The service was fine, but the front staff was not very accommodating. The price difference between the online menu and the in-store menu was confusing.
They do a good job, but service is a little lacking. I arrived at 6:35 PM, but they turned me away because the mall closes at 7 PM. If the mall closes at 7, they should close at 7, not end their shift at 7.
